SHIPPING & HANDLING
FREE delivery for all orders.
All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents, or reference to our company. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - CLAIM TIME LIMITS
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Detials must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery.
SHORTAGE
It is the responsibility of you to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
INCORRECT GOODS
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufacturer's packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.
NON DELIVERIES
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated timscale.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Though we carry considerable stock of merchandise, subject to availability we seek to despatch most orders within 15 days by Royal Mail for delivery. As some of our items have to be ordered from America please allow up to 28 days.
DATA PROTECTION
We treat all your personal information as confidential. We comply with The UK Data Protection Act 1998.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in aany way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a refund (less postage costs) provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, will all labels intact.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Please also note that returns on stockings are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US BY EMAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
